This is a shot in the dark but maybe she dislikes you for some reason, which is why she grumbles at you / ignores you every time you say hello?

That's the only reason I can think of that somebody would be outright rude to a happy gleeful cheery "hello!" almost daily...

the fucking 16-21 year old mexican neighbor next door is always attempting to make beats on the walls in the middle of the night or early as shit in the morning, and when i beat on the wall back to try to get him to stop, he pounds hard as shit on the wall right back. next fucking time i swear to god...

You know, I have racked my brain trying to figure out what I could have possibly done to piss her off and I have come up with a big nothing. I live like four doors down from her and I am a quiet neighbor. Im never home during the week day and I am in bed usually by 10:00pm. People rarely come to my home, so there is not alot of traffic. I never am loud (besides she lives at the front of the building and I live at the back) She has flat out said to me when I brought my laundry basket to the laundry room " we are using the washers so you're going to have to come back later." Did I mention she was using all of 5 of the washers on a Sunday afternoon? I just replied with a meek "ok". I have all my pretty plants in the court yard for everyone to enjoy. She has all sorts of crap in front of her door and an ugly dead plant. I never park in anyone elses parking spot. This bitch has no reason to be mean. I even get along well with her daughter, who is about my age.

This hag needs to get a grip and move her no good ass out of my lovely gated community!

dude i FEEL your pain. Our new neighbors suck. They moved in like 2 weeks after we did and I seriously met the motherfucker yesterday. I had to put a note on their door about the baby's ball gettin kicked over the gate which is way too high for me to jump. He throws it over when we were outside and I stood on the gate and introduced myself. Stuck my hand out and he just looked and me and said, "Will. Next time you can just jump the fence"

my neighborhood is really quiet and respectful. there is one turd on the block that really doesn't keep up with their yard work but that's really it. the dog that used to bark all night no longer does that.

Karen is way too nice of a person to say anything about that. Like you saw, all she did was whisper a polite "ok.." and then left with her clothes that she lugged down there. I, being a massive bitch, would have stayed right there and waited the twenty minutes it takes for a load to wash and the entire time would've told the lady how insanely rude it is to take up all of the washing machines when she's obviously not the only person living there that needs clean clothes. I mean five loads of laundry? That is a LOT of clothes, that is a LOT of walking back and forth she had to have done to get each load down there. What, she couldn't just take up three? I mean wtf. Anybody who has five loads worth of clothes to wash in one day anyway, is a fucking lazy ass who never washes their clothes but once a month. I don't see why Karen and everybody else, who washes their clothes probably once a week, has to suffer.

honest to god, my fucking neighbor approached me today when i was outside and actually was really nice. freakin classic, the second i bitch, shit flips on me

If there's one thing I cannot stand, it's an older woman underestimating me and thinking she can intimidate me with some kind of bitter attitude over nothing. I would not be having that. I would tell her very pointedly that she is not the only tenant paying to use the washer and dryer facilities, and next weekend I would be up early and have my stuff in the washer before she gets the chance to put her laundry in first.
