well i was eating a taco @ fuzzys tacos in ft.worth then all of a sudden the waiter told me that someone just ran over my cycle outside....

i run outside & there is some dumbfuck in a car ontop of my brand new cycle!!!!

i call the cops & they treat me like i was the one in the wrong!!!

if you have a fender bender somewhere else other than a city street you are fucked !!!

in fact they started giving me a hard time because i did'nt have my chl on me! by the way the law states i don't have to have it on me @ all times...only when i carry my gun!!

then they tell me if i dont shutup i will go to jail !!!(why i dont know why)

like i said before & i will say it again anyone who is a cop right now was picked on during school & they feel they have some power now! what a joke & ft.worth cops can suck it all night !!!

i have about 400 bucks worth of damage to my bike now
& no way to fix it!!!!!!!yeah n.w.a you were right

What do you mean no way to fix it? Your cycle is your property. If the person was insured it should cover property damage as well.

Did the waiter not tell you he saw the guy run over your cycle? Couldn't he have told the cops about witnessing this accident? Getting you a police report that you could have taken to his insurance?

Thats fucking dumb. If someone came in and told you that someone ran over your bike then obviously its more than one person that saw it. Its not just your word against his.
I wouldnt lie down for it. Id call his insurance company.
Assuming you got that information from him that is.
