 | Substitute Teachers.
So. I show up on the days that my teacher is out, and by law they have to have a sub in the room, but I'm the teacher all day. Well everytime one of these jokers (usually retired people) get in here, they want to tell me their life story, ask my political views etc. THEN this one particular guy just now started going into, "well most teachers quit in the first 5 years, so you better pick a good school, blah blah" Now he's harassing my students, one by one. "Who are you? Do you make good grades? What are your hobbies?" blah blah Just sit in the back of the classroom, and let me teacher mister.

Hey, maybe he just wants to get to know the kids. Nothing wrong with that. UNLESS it's interferring with you needing to teach.
