I live in an old place so the windows and walls aren't quite so tight. It is freezing downstairs and hot as hell upstairs. driving me nuts!

dude, i feel ya. i lived in a drafty place a few winters back (you know, the horrible one with ice storms), and literally had to keep four space heaters running constantly in my bedroom to keep that one room warm.

man that was a tough winter to be single...

We have the same problem. Sam turned on the heat this morning before he left for work and I think I almost had a stroke from the temperature when I got out of the shower!

I live in a newer house, but the builder sucked so they put the only thermostat downstairs. That means it's always 10 degrees hotter upstairs, so I'm either freezing downstairs, or sweating upstairs.
