lots of women are dummies about weights. Too many times they don't want to put on muscle, not realizing that would let them burn fat faster. Sometimes you gotta take a short time hit for long term gains. er losses.

well... I've put many many hours in the gym. Taken classes... Had trainers.. all that crap. I've been lazy as of bit, but I could learn that fattie girl a thing or two... Nice girl usually, but lord... she is just all om nom nom nom!! and wonders why she isn't lossing anything...

basically, work one muscle group out, then while in between reps, do another muscle group.

Really good for keeping your heart rate up and doing some solid muscle building.

I used to do it to get/stay toned, but stopped a cpl years ago because it can be really counterproductive for a skinny mofo like me.

Most folks don't realize how many calories they consume vs what a workout will burn. You can stop working out if you stop eating ke ke ke

I'm sure her knees love it when she's on the treadmill. She should do 20 miles on a bike in the gym, burns calories without putting even more stress on her knees.

i know a lot about working out and i love it. I love my gym, my personal trainer, and the aerobic classes are fun.... lalala i'm just saying. people don't like to be told what to do, they just want to fucking complain.

I do a 1/2 mile to a mile before working out just to get the blood flowing, I couldn't imagine running on one to lose weight.
But I'm not going to get into what fat people could do to lose weight, as it's a lifestyle change they need, not just 30 minutes a day at the gym.
