WOW! My new neighbors below me have reached a whole new level of GHETTO.

So in the almost 3 years I have lived in my apartment, I have had 4 different people below me.

The first one was a Mom and her kid. They moved out like 2 weeks after I moved in.

The second one was a single, female. Young girl. A teacher I believe. She was a complete slob who left her garbage outside her door for a week at a time. She also had this 80 pound dog who would bark all night and keep me up. When she moved out I was elated.

The third one was a single, male. Younger guy. A chef at True Lucks steakhouse. He was quiet and was never home. Well he moved out and I now got #4.

It's a couple, a guy and his wife/girlfriend. When they were moving in I made sure to shake their hands and introduce myself. They seemed like nice enough people and said they moved from the other side of the complex because of all the noise from the kids. Good, they hate noise. I like them already.

It's a bit odd though, because they have like this blue neon light in their living room. The whole apartment glows blue. I mean really, who can stand that?

So far they have been good, but last night... they busted out with some true ghetto behavior. At 12:45 AM they start fighting. Oh, it's a HUGE FIGHT. Front door sounding like it was being kicked in. Doors slammed. Yelling. Cussing. Screaming. Her outside yelling and screaming. I was seriously in fear for my life. I looked outside and saw that the guy across the way was on his balcony watching. I just went into my bedroom with my phone and was prepared to call 911 if I needed to. They finally shut up around 1:15 AM.

Then, at 2:00 AM they start building something. That or they were putting up like 50 pictures on their walls. Hammering. Constant hammering on the walls. SERIOUSLY???? I mean the entire wall is shaking. I would have gone downstairs and said something, but I don't have a gun and I knew they were already riled up after fighting with each other.

Finally stops around 2:20 AM. Dang people. So when I woke up at 7:15 AM I made sure to jump up and down on the floor a few times. Just to wake them up as well.

Moral of this story... moving out in February to live with Jonny, might not be such a bad gig after all.

I seriously had no clue why they kept hammering on the walls. It was so strange and went on for such a long time.

Well, since I don't have a job, I can't resign my lease and it's up in February. So I'm putting 90% of my stuff in storage and moving in with Jonny until I get a job.
