What a fuck shit return policy/way to honor a warranty.


I bought my B.B Curve there like four months ago, and a couple days ago the lil button on the back, that holds the case on...just fell off.

So I go to Best Buy, because I knew about the 1 year warranty....they say they can replace the phone for free but; They will need to give me a loaner phone(it was a P.O.S phone at that), require a $175.00 deposit, and I should have my phone back in 4-6 weeks.

lame.

So I decided to leave the mall, and stopped at the Verizon store on the way out; "Sorry for the inconvinience sir, we will replace your phone at no charge, with a Curve from our inventory".

No mailing anything out, no deposit, no bullshit.
