Once again Ft. Worth Cops fail!

in not so many words i survived an attempted car jacking last night, only to have the C.O.P's tell me they can do nothing for me because i need either a description of the guys or a license plate number. Never mind i described the car to a Tee , and its one of those you can't miss it kinda cars. I even gave them the streets, and intersections. Two guys in what i thought was a police car stalled near a stop sign with me pulling up behind them not knowing what was going on. They get out guns drawn, and i hit reverse immediately. My car spun out and finally i went the wrong way on to on coming traffic. They turned around and jumped back in their car. My heart was 90 to nothing. I went to a gas station called 911 , and waited till C.O.P's showed up. I was in shock for another 2 hours while hearing them BS me about why they don't know where to begin.


at least the next time this happens i can be like Samuel L Jackson "Hate to disappoint you Ringo,but this isn't the first time i had a gun pointed at me"

Anyway, like I was saying, if he had produced a weapon he surely would have had it taken away and been killed with it.

What exactly were you expecting the cops to do?

Put out an all points to be on the lookout for a car that seems to be popular with most of the pipe hitting negros in DFW?

Sorry to hear about your experience but people tend to have these weird preconceived notions about what the police can and are able to do with the bits of information handed to them.

I sympathize with his experience but if you look at the information he gave us there really was no crime committed. (yet)

He saw some dodgy dudes with guns start to come up to his car and he went into "Too Fast and Furious" mode.

He's lucky he didn't get hauled in for impersonating Steve McQueen.

Well , lets see, how bout at least patrol the neighborhood, they didn't even want to do that. Also the car in question , had to have been an old squad car, it had a silver lamp mounted on the drivers side door/window. Really i got two stories from them, the lady who took my report, who i had to talk to again even said they should have at least gone through the neighborhood , because she figured they didn't get me someone else would be the target. then there's the patrol cops who said they didn't have much to go on. I just told them so basically i'd have had to been shot for them to help me, gee thanks.
