Im so sick of seeing people die from this shit. I lost another friend this weekend. And theres more...

He was seeking help, or at least trying to, to get clean and got shot down by the hospital. They said their program wont accept people who have insurance because its funded by grants, so they turned him away.
He then proceeded to get some so he wouldn't die from withdraw.
Ironicly, the shit he got to keep him from dying, killed him.

So, FUCK YOU state funded rehabs, If someone wants help, you better take them in. How often does a junkie ask for help? Im sad and pissed off at the situation.

Sorry for your loss

I had a friend die from this as well a few years back. fucking killed my heart. I knew he was hurting. Friends of ours were swearing someone gave his bad shit on purpose, but at times, if you looked into his eyes, you saw how much he was alone and hurting. It was like you coudlnt see any kind of life through his eyes. it would creep me out when I would see him like that. I dont know if he meant to die from it or not. I loved that fucker.

sorry bout your loss, i've witnessed people od infront of me off it when i was 15 and snorting it, i believe that was the turning point to quit...

then my bro started shooting it a few years after i stopped, surprised he didn't die, that fucker would shoot 100cc's a couple different times or at leasy 60cc's (half coke half H).

ugh, he quit and has been clean from that for almost 10 years.

Damn Mishap, that sucks. I feel ya - I lost a bunch of people back in the 90's. Had a friend that got turned down for methadone too, because she'd been shooting up for less than a year. Apparently she wasn't enough of a junkie to qualify.

Sorry to hear about your friend. And I can totally relate to getting shot down by clinics because you have insurance. When I was on oxycontin for over a year and tried to kick it I called a Suboxone treatment clinic, its a new treatment for opiates, and they wouldn't take me because I had insurance at the time. I also tried to kick it a few months before we moved to Oregon, and had another clinic turn me down because I hadn't been on it long enough to get help...I was like wtf? So how long do you have to be addicted to something before you can get help? She then proceeded to tell me that she couldn't release that information..LOL Fucking tools..

Yeah that black stuff ain't no joke. I've never done any but from everything I have read and seen, it's extremely difficult to get away from. Sorry to hear about that.

my neighbor (parents house) got hooked on that shit about 7 years ago. at the time i was all about the coke. She would come over and beg me to drive her to como to score. At first i refused but she would offer to get me some blow i n exchange for the ride. We would pull up to the house order "2 boys" and "2 girls" from the runner. (hes like a drug waiter). i did it for her 3 times after the 3rd i stopped because she couldnt wait to get home to do it and shot up in my car and started puking. that was not cool. but it was an eye opener about how fucked up i was for helping her with such a horrible drug. coke is no worse but damn i was shoving that shit in my viens. She eventually got help and has been clean for about 5 years. herion sucks
