Good job James, that's great to hear! I am in the weening process. Went to smoking organic tobacco for about a month and a half; it helped me cut down a lot. I am down to having one a day at this point. It would certainly be a lot easier if I could just stay home for a month

not sure....just went on a camping/bike trip rode my bike over 70 miles in less then 24 hrs & my lungs were hurting like never before..maybe that was it maybe just wanted a change for now..who knows

My hardest time was always a week or so into it.

I can usually go about 5 or 6 days and be fine, but then I just really crave one.

Good job though! I'm thinking about trying to quit again.

congrats man! i quit almost 2 weeks ago, but i have cheated a few times. normally i would have smoked 240 cigarettes between the day i quit and now, but i have only had about 7. not exactly quitting but better than before.
