wells fargo financial annoyances

I just found some weird shit with my wells fargo retailer financial card.
I financed the engagement ring through wells fargo.
I've made 8 payments using online bill pay through financial.wellsfargo.com.
I looked at my bank account and for some reason, the last two payments never hit my account.

I go to the site and look at the payment confirmation and its a different bank account number.

I go to the payment methods and see that there is a completely different bank account set up in there. Some account through Wachovia (im BofA)
It's a business checking account. I cant see the name on it but I could get a routing number and after tracing the routing number I see that its in Winston-Salem, NC.

I called wells fargo and they have no idea what the hell happened and now I have to make those two payments immediately or risk late fees, reversal fees and possibly bank fraud charges. Not only do I need to do that, the people I spoke to cant actually do anything about the billing. I have to fax or snail mail a billing dispute explaining the whole thing over to wells fargo billing and hope they accept that what I tell them is the truth.

Man I hate money/banking.

so technically they cant charge you anything while that other account is still setup. Shit Let the CEO's of that company pay for the ring. Shit give me the info we'll order all kind of cool shit. Like sharks with laserbeams

I was so tempted to do that. I thought about it for a good long while before I decided to contact them. I didn't want to end up being charged with bank fraud or some stupid shit because they wouldnt believe that I didn't know that somehow 3000 dollars never came out of my bank account, lol.
Plus, I know how upset I was when I ended up getting screwed by someone using my credit card.

On another note Wells Fargo just lowered the interest rate on my credit card by almost half and gave me another $2000 in credit!

etaine I would have done the same thing and called. It would have sucked a year down the road when they discovered that shit and wanted all the back payments ASAP.
