So, i Just got over having bronchitis and a nasal infection for 2 weeks. Last night I wake up at 4am needing to puke. I've puked about 20 times today, mostly dry heaves that hurt like a bitch. Got the runs and a 101 fever. My body feels like its been put through a bone grinder.... grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

eat yoghurt! as much as you can get down and keep down. you got some bad juju stomach flu, my man. you need to get the good bacteria down there in a hurry.
