People who don't take care of their pets!

Now I'm a very happy-go-lucky type person who never really talks shit about anyone or anything but this subject is an exception. I was gonna post this like 2 weeks ago but forgot too. I lost my english bulldog a few weeks back and was so fortunate to have the wonderful opportunity to get him back but when I went looking for him I saw in so many yards all across town people who had dogs that were in poverty. Now this absolutely makes me sick. I mean if your gonna have a pet the least you can do for this animal is take care of it. I mean I witnessed some very horrible stuff where the animal had no water or food and thats just nonsense. So to all the people out there who have your dogs chained up in your backyard with no food nor water...fuck you. I am sorry these animals certainly deserve better than these conditions. Oh and when it's like freezing outside please have enough heart to bring your animal inside or to a warm place somewhere. I just don't understand some people?
