I was in your shoes a couple fo weeks ago. It sucks. I was sick pretty much the whole month of Feb.

So the fever is down a little but my throat is super soar and my neck is swollen. Maby strep?

Possibly. Have you looked in the back of your throat?

Take a flashlight and take a look in the mirror. If there is a lot of little white bumps or general discoloration in the back of your throat, it could possibly be strep.

If that's the case I would highly suggest going to the doctor. They will probably give you a Z-Pak which is a nice antibiotic that will help it heal about 3x faster so you will be able to eat without razor blades stinging the back of your throat.

No spots although its extremely red and irritated.

And the fever is creeping back in.
