indeed it does. the worst part is having to "play nice" for the next two weeks while the new contractors they hired move in and we finish the work that's been paid for.

That happened to me back in october...

Since then I have decided to be my own boss. Its working ok, slow out the door, but has its promises.

not exactly laid off, just don't have a job site that's close to home and school. i'd have to drive to north dallas every day if i want to keep working for the same people.

edit - after talking it over with some of the peeps from school, yeah, i'm getting laid off
