Pulled a muscle in my back
Fucking sucks! I'm sitting here, as I have been for a few hours now, trying not to move. And I hurt my wrist too! I was loading a sofa and loveseat into a truck by myself earlier. Worst part is I have pain meds (vics) but they are at home.

Take it easy. I know the feeling. I could not move the entire weekend. it took a few weeks to heal and I took care of it.
