So, in a battle between spur vs mavs fans. We make it to heads up in a poker tourney damsammit had at his house this weekend.

We go back and forth for a bit trading chips and its about 3 am. So, I get dealt my cards and I look at 55. I raise, kalafaget reraises and I shove him all in.

He calls, I'm thinking AK or something similar. He turns over 44. I'm like hellz yeah da money be mine.

worthless cards come on flop. Then of course on turn 1 of only 2 4's out of the whole deck comes out for him to beat me. We were about even chips but I had slightly more and he crippled me. Lucky bastard.

Spurs > Mavs... what can i say?! it was a good game luck or not... i was worn out and had a 9am worktime lingering over my head. i would've gone all-in with anything at that point.

i'm off tomorrow so i'm going to do the tourney up at the winstar... we'll see if i can "get lucky" again

btw, i should've given you some of that cash i won to load up my pokerstars acct.. i've been fiending for some poker ever since i left.

Yeah there wasn't really anything going on. That guy just irks me sometimes... knows everything about everything.

Anyhow, YES, I'm much better at pool than poker too... although that scares me about you. If you're better at pool than poker, I'm not sure I want to play you!

he was trying to get that guy Country to sit to the right of him... supposedly to keep him in check because he was drunk... if that really was the reason then he needs to brush up on his poker skills. i wanted him in the free seat on my right because i wanted all his chips. no one seemed to know Country but i thought he was funny as shit...

Yeah, that's my parents. Usually we do a family game with a few extras, but we had lots of people on Friday. I think we are going to go back to 8-10 people on Fridays and then maybe do another tourny on Saturday with more people.

My mom didn't like that she wasn't at the same table as me and my brother because she really only comes over for "family time" LOL

So we are going to have family tournaments on Friday nights from now on methinks.
