catching the bubonic plague

not sure what it was. I started feeling alittle bad on sunday not enough to call in the next day though, slight fever, nausea. When i go to work monday it got worse, gross symtoms started happening and i was shivering in my cube. My boss sent my ass home. By monday afternoon i was under 3 comforters and shaking and sweating, dinking nyquil like crazy. I stayed home tuesday with the same stuff goin on. I went back to work wednesday felling like crap but a little better. From then until now i have been super dehydrated, i have to keep drinking water ever 30 seconds if i dont i get cotton mouth and my lips chap. wierdest thing ever. I have been sick many times before but this was different. I still dont have my appetite back and my bones are still sore. Shoulda gone to doctor, but to late now.

after finding out that the swine flu had been going around since early last fall, I am almost certain I've already come down with it around nye... had the exact same symptoms you described. I was so sick I was almost delirious

consider yourself lucky, now you have the immunities to survive the swine flu when it evolves into a highly mortal flu
