Fuck the East

In philly now and I swear I have had to argue with everyone I have come in contact with. No regard for common courtesy. I got picked up from the airport by a cab driver, gave him the address and he had a fucking NAV system in his cab. He claimed i gave him the wrong address, took me all around town turning a 30 dolalr cab ride into a 55 dollar ride. I yelled back and forth at him but he wouldnt discount the fee. He said if i dont liek it dispute the charge, so thats what im doing!! Got to the airport everyone from the gate agent who wouldnt change my flight cause theyre flight was an hour and a half LATE, finally i call SWA, they say only the gate agent can do it, shes in my other telling me thats wrong they have to do it. Finally her manager comes and I freaking lay into her! They wanted me to fly standby and possibly get to my destination a day late when I knew there was a flight with open seats 2 hours after my other connected flight. I lay into her and she prints the boaarding pass no problem. Do i have to fight with everyone here to get common courtesy service? I miss the south!

that has nothing to do with being in the East... seriously. you just had a dumbshit cab driver and a usual experience at the airport regardless of which one you're at. airport customer service sucks balls.

dude, when that happens simply tell him to pull the cab over and get out of the damn car and don't pay him. i've done it several times. cab drivers love to give people who clearly don't know where they're going the run around. it's too bad you're not very familiar with philly...that def puts you at a disadvantage.
