They call me up and after 5 seconds ask me to hold.... then I end up waiting on hold forever!

The longest was almost 3 min one time. WTF!!!

30 seconds is my max hold time.

At that point I just hang up.
If I'm calling a company and they ask me to hold then I wait a bit longer.
