 | Tearing your boss a new one.
I just got done shredding my boss in front of all the different trades in a construction. This asshole gets hired on 2 months ago to take the job over for me, since im a bit inexperienced with running a actual jobsite. Also he was hired since there was only myself doing the entire electrical construction for this job site and I needed help. Well, not even 2 days in I knew this guy was going to be a big liability. Hes your typical, drink coffee for 2 hours, talk to other trades for another 2 hours (oh and for you lazy office job people, there is no free time in construction for coffee or bsing. You work till the days over... typically anyways lol) and then find time in between to come and bitch about the job Im doing. I'm literally doing 90% of the work and not only is he taking credit for it, but he blames all his fuckups (on the little work he does) on me or anyone else within sight. Anyways, its been 2 months and day-by-day ive been becoming more and more pissed at the prospect of going to work in the morning until today it finally came to a head today and I ripped him a new one in front of all the trades. It was very cathartic thou im still shaking with how fucking mad I am at the whole situation. Not to mention, mad at myself for just putting up with it this whole time, thinking it was going to get better. I have to leave at 3 to go talk to the owner about what happened, but seeing as how I have a pretty good track record at the company, he's more than likely just going to transfer me off his job to another. Hell, he didnt even know what happened when I called him about it. I figured that lazy faggot would be on the phone first thing trying to slander me. Just venting. Feel better now.
