Man, they could of dropped it on accident.

Those gas stations usually have Camera's and you can request all still photo's of said person who used to the card, to see you can identify them. (I've had this happen before)

You need to file at the police station in order to get those, i believe.

But your CC company may be able to get them as well, If they file a report with the police.

which they should if you filed for Theft.

I had a similar situation with a bar. I was all against the bar at first, but it really has do do with shady bar staff.

Some banks under a certain amount will just credit you back the charges and write it off. Two hundred bucks most likely will be different. they'll keep you in the dark until they maybe bust the people and then let you know. lol They're not going to hand you security cam footage or clue you in on other info.
