yea.. i think they suck too. took them over a month to send me the holiday stamps i ordered one year... got them too late to use them. couldn't use them the following year because of the rate increase.

they do horrible business.

Yes, they do I spend between $1,000-1,500 a week on postage, and they are always returning packages saying they need more postage when they weigh spot on. Returning packages for insufficient address when the address clearly pulls up on google maps etc. They have this arrogant attitude at my local country town post office like they do no wrong. They cost me almost $200 in the last 2 months alone because of there mistakes.

Well you could have just had to add one or more of the "Additional postage" stamps(.01/.02/.05) on them...

I've never had a problem using the USPS for mailing stuff. I can't stand UPS, though. Fedex rocks, too.

Never really had a problem with anyone shipping anything with USPS, UPS or FexEx. I've never shipped with DHL. They just don't appeal to me to ship my goods with. Bad initials, bad marketing and I can't stand the yellow vans.

Yes they're owned by Deutsche Post but still a different company with a different level and quality of service. The DHL Express Americas had really poor levels of service.

DHL stopped the Express deliveries in the US and parts of the Americas region but is still part of the second largest company in the world. They still provide all other services globally and within the Americas including Freight, Logistics and warehouse management.

That's true. Just use them to mail bills or other mail then.
Hell I found some old $0.29 holiday stamps and I've been using them for regular mail.
Fuck it, I paid for them, I'm using them.
