I heard their servers crashed & anyone who owns a Sidekick lost all info stored on their phones. Is this true?

Sidekicks have a very limited memory, all of your info, contacts, pictures, e-mail etc. are stored in the cloud servers maintained by Microsoft. Which crashed....and they have no backup. So everyone that has a sidekick on T-mobile just lost everything because some IT admins were to lazy to set up a simple backup solution on the servers.

Nothing on my memory card has changed, and my numbers from my old phone are still on my SIM card; it's all the contacts, texts and call logs that have disappeared. Only real inconvenience at this point is if I want to buy any green down here, I'll have to start knocking on doors without calling first.
