God FUCKING DAMMIT.
So we're in Greece right. It's 220v over here for the outlets. The base provided us two transformers (220 to 110) for our American electronics. Today I purchase a nice 110 surge protector for monitors, laptop, midi controller etc. I go to plug in the transformer, flip it on, everything's fine. As soon as I plug the surge protector in it throws the breaker in our house. I've tried both transformers and it does this. It was just the surge protector I was trying to plug in and nothing else.

So, no studio for me as of yet because of this fucking bullshit. Anyone have any experience with this?
