I don't understand how a girl can wake up one day, and just be upset about absolutely nothing.. That boggles me...

when it comes to hormones I can relate. I know I can be annoying to those close to me but I try and explain as hard as it is to deal with an emotional women, it's even worse for the woman experiencing it. I would wonder if she's on the pill bc most of the bc pills cause my emotions to be 10x worse so I stopped taking them and felt normal again. Good luck.
