Micromanagement.
My current project is micromanagement on steroids. We have bugzilla not really for tracking bugs but for tracking time spent on task. Every morning we have standup meetings which are part of Agile Development. Then every freaking 10 min we have level set meetings to see where we are. They keep asking us and asking us for statuses and we keep falling further and further behind because priorities keep changing every 30 min.
