muslim is not a race, it's a religion. i never said anything about black people or mexicans. now it is you that is being streotypical.

if you knew me, you woudl know that i am nowhere near rascist againt black people or mexicans. my man of 3 years is mexican, and my best friend and asst. is black. i have no problem with any color of anyone, just a religion that influences people to kill innocent people.

You don't have to be outwardly offensive to everyone of a certain race or creed to be a racist. History is littered with examples of people who had friendships and/or love affairs with someone of a race that they were discriminatory towards. Hell, my own Grandfather's best friend was black, but he was still an inveterate racist. In his own words: "I'm not racist. I love [teatimes], just so long as they know their place." You can associate with people in a friendly fashion and still harbor the belief that you are superior to them based on factors that they have no control over.

As for him yelling "Allahu Akbar" before the shooting, I really fail to see what that has to do with the Muslim community at large. As far as we know right now, this was an individual, acting as such. There is no way for anybody but a complete racist to tie his actions to the millions of law abiding, tax paying, decent people we have living in the US today that follow Islam.

Just out of curiosity, do you think that all Christians are responsible for the actions of crackpots like Eric Rudolph? I sure don't feel responsible for it - it's got nothing to do with me.
