I have some pics I want to put on DDM, but they are too big. How do I fix that, so I can upload them on here?

You need to find a image manipulation program (something similar and probably not extensive as Photoshop). Then use that program to crop the photo down smaller and then you'll be able to upload photos.

I'm not sure which other programs out there you could use but you can try checking out www.download.com for software. Search for "Image edit" or "Image Manipulation" or.. just have a friend do it for you

Depending on your operating system, Windows versions above Win98 come with MSPaint, which you can open your pictures in, then save them as jpegs rather than gifs or bmps. That compresses the images quite a bit.
