Suggestion for the admins...

Is it possible to remove the "Start New Thread" button from within a thread? There seems to be a dearth of new threads that are actually in response to something else, but somebody accidentaly hit the wrong button. Maybe have the "new thread" button only on the main page of each forum...and within a specific thread, only have the "post reply" button.

If that's possible, it would help tie up a bunch of lose threads har, har!

Thanks for the suggestion Leo! I couldn't agree more. We'll try to work on it. It'll take a bit of altering the vBB code... I don't know if it's possible but we'll try

Heya,

I have now made it to where the post new thread button does not appear while you are viewing an exisiting thread. This should make things less confusing. However, in order to post a new thread you will need to go back to the forum view and hit start new thread.

I hope this makes sense and that it's a change for the better. Let us know how it works out!

nice 1! Exactly what I was thinking. I think this will cut down a ton on the loose threads that belong in response to something else, but someone didn't take the time to read what button they were clicking. Thanks for the work guys!
