it has come to my attention that a member of this forum is claiming he is a representative or affiliated with my label, Cymbalism Recordings.

i would like to point out that PolluxRockStar is NOT a member of my label, i've never heard of him until this morning when i received a phone call from a friend of mine in Dallas telling me the unpleasant news, nor did i ever give him permission to use our likeness in anything involving affiliation with Cymbalism.

if you could, please correct this for me, i would appreciate it greatly.

if anyone sees, hears or knows of something like this happening, please contact me as soon as possible - plan9@cymbalismrecordings.com - or you can reach my partner at shawnpatrick@cymbalismrecordings.com. we've worked entirely too hard on our label, getting P+D overseas, securing distribution worldwide, signing artists and releasing tunes to have someone come on a forum and do something like this - its not appreciated one bit

sorry to bitch on your forum, but its very irritating hearing things like this. we're only looking out for ourselves and we dont mean to come across negative in anyway - but this is completely unnecessary and disrespectful.

DOn't take this the wrong way.. but you are getting pissed cause he is promoting your company for you.. i just got done looking over your website and it says you are a group of unknowns who want to make it big in the DnB scene? How bad could a little more promotions hurt your rep. if you don't have one yet..?
