I had one PM in my inbox, and it told me that it was full and could not recieve any more messages.

I used to be able to keep up to 10 PMs in my box before it was full.

Clean out sent messages from in the beginning

You really didn't read the e-mail you were sent, didja? It tells you to clean out both inbox, sent and I believe the tracking folders.
