How do you change this so we don't have a bunch of friends that are just question marks?

Nah... see you have a picture in your profile and i have one in mine.. but the avatars for friends inside each of our profiles dont show a picture for the friend... just the ?

Under Settings & Options go to "Edit Avatar" and select or add one. It's different than your profile pic.
