those people already had them from before the upgrade right? so NOW we cant use them
Personally, fuck animated gifs for avatars. seeing that many animations on one page would make me have a seizure

yeah surprisingly i'm kinda anti-gif for avatar usage and like the file restriction so the pages don't get too weird looking and large. lets keep it simple.
