tell him to redo his email and confirm it. when the new upgrade happened it more than likely threw out his old email.

but that's all he has to do... the system is waiting on an email confirmation.

all he has to do is change it in the CP

that's why he got locked out... when the system upgrade happened. he had an old email that bounced. all members have to be verified.
