What's the logic behind this?

Pictures take up much more space than text. Why the tiny limit on the number of PMs we can store?

Well I don't NEED more than 50, but when I'm chatting back and forth with people, it's annoying to have to clean it out so often.

This would all be solved if my work would just unblock Meebo for me

Besides, if we could hold more PMs then there would be no reason to make threads about people boxes being full or in need of a good cleaning.
