I don't know if someone else has posted about this. But my pm box is not working properly. It's "on" in my options, so I don't know what's the problem. I tried sending myself a message (which has worked before) and had no success. Your help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Haha, okay, well apparently my old sn "saphire" (instead of "sapphire) is still working. But I pm-ed "sapphire" and it said the box was full, but there are no pm's in there. I think I'll just go with "saphire" for now. I don't get it.

Check out THIS help thread and follow the instructions in it. Make sure to clean out your sent folder and to set the display time to "From the beginning".

If that doesn't do it, let me know and we'll take it from there.
