If he's using IE, make sure he goes into Tools -> Internet Options -> Privacy. Then make sure the slider is set to medium or lower.

After that click the General tab. Then click Delete Cookies and Delete Files.

Let me know if that works...

I'm on a different computer...

I tried doing that but it still doesn't work. My computer was messing up alot earlier this week, so it had to be fixed. Everything had to be reinstalled. I don't know if it has anything to do with that. I think I need to set AOL as my default web browser. I'll go and check that after work. I'll let you know what happened, thanks for the help Ewie

Ok well I reinstalled AOL(which sucks btw) and it still won't let me log in using the AOL browser. I can do it from the IE browser. This has never happened before and I'm sure its some small thing I need to do to fix it. Any suggestions?

There is actually a known problem with the AOL browser that will cause this kind of flakyness. Until AOL gets off their asses and fixes their broken browser I'm afraid that the only workaround is to use IE.
