call me a retard, but i went through the instructions, etc, and i cant seem to type any commands. i tried to join, went the websies instructed, downloaded what i was supposed to.. but still cant seem to join.

At what point are you getting stuck?

Tell me exactly what steps you go through and where you get stuck. That way I will know where you are at so that I can help you.

first i downloaded and installed the mirc. then i read the instructions (i'll be honest, it was more of a skim, so maybe i missed somethin), then id log into the chat, then in the box where u type commands and dialogue, id try to type a command (example: /help - that's what the previous screen said to type for a list of commands), and hit the enter button and nothing would happen.

when you open up mirc, if any windows pop up, just close them. Then at the bottom where you can type stuff, type in:

/server irc.thinksquad.com

It should say that it's connecting and then some stuff will scroll by. Then in the spot, type:

/join #draves

then a window should open with the chatroom. On the right in the window you can see how is logged in and in the bigger area to the left is where the conversation will be.

If this doesn't work for you, let me know at what stage it fails and we'll take it from there.
