So, is that possible? How can it be done?

Deleting pictures where? In the picture gallery or the user pics section?

You can delete pictures in either one but how you go about it is different depending on which pictures section you're referring to.

I would like to delete a picture I just uploaded, because I posted the wrong one. So, yea in my member gallery is where it is. I'd just like to swap it out with something, or delete it, or whatever I need to do.

Ok, all you have to do is view the image. Which means click the thumbnail to view the big image. Then click the "Delete Photo" checkbox at the bottom and hit the "Submit Change" button.
