I accidentally clicked on the "recieve updates to thread" button, and I'm being emailed with every reply.. How can I fix that?

I think there's a link in the email that allows you to opt out of receiving anymore updates.

You can also go to the User CP and you'll see a section that says "Subscribed Threads". There you can unsibscribe from the thread.
