Dearest DDM Admins,

I keep receiving emails stating that my inbox is full and people are trying to PM me. However, I emptied everything out of that mutha. Any ideas on what could be going wrong here?

make sure to clear out all 3 parts of the PM box (in, sent & tracking) and make sure you are lcearing back from the beginning instead of the default 10 days back.

I've been in Vegas for 5 days so I haven't been able to respond. Make sure all your folders are cleaned out. If you're still having problems, please let me know.

Hi Ryan,

You must have missed a folder. I still show you as having 52 PM's in your folders. Please make certain you check all the folders and select it to show messages "from the beginning".

If you're still unable to clear them out, let me know and I'll log in using your account to check it out. In order to do that I'll need to reset your password so please e-mail me with your desired password.

But...but...I don't have any folders.

I'm starting to feel like one of those oblivious people who make my life miserable at work.

Is it possible that PM's are displayed by username but stored in the database under the unique user ID (I'm just fishing here)? I changed my username a while back, so that's the only thing I can come up with. I'll check again. Sorry to keep bugging you.
