If his IP for his various names stays the same, or if it comes back to a cable provider, you can probably attack his computer. If it's multiple names or a cable provider, it means that he has dedicated internet. Most ppl don't bother to use any kind of security on their dedicated connection, making the use of a trojan or something like that easy. Even better is just ping his IP with 1MB files 100 times, crash his computer. It's easy, fun, and a pain in the ass for him.
