Bigesoul has lost his password. How does he reset or receive his password? He's in chat right now if you need to talk to him.

When he tries to log in, tell him to leave the password part blank & there's a link to follow which will set him up with a new password. It will require him to enter the e-mail he set up the account with and the reset instructions will be sent there.

He can't remember the email he used when he joined. How else can he get his password? Can it be reset?

He'll have to create a new user name. Passwords can only be reset by the user by going through their registered e-mail addy.
