I heard Dallas and LA were the main teams trying to pick him up. I don't see why Dallas would do something like that though, because they would have to give up too much to make it work.

Send Kidd to Cleveland and get LeBron some friggin' help. Kidd to the Lakers isn't necessary because they'd have to give up too much(Bynum would *have* to be in the deal) to make it work, plus Farmar is already showing signs of being a good PG for them. Kidd to Dallas doesn't work because they've already got Devin and they'd have to trade major parts of their team too. I just don't see those teams in the hunt.

I think Kidd could do the most good in Denver personally. I also heard something during the Boston fist-rape of Miami tonight that Stoudemire might be headed to San Antonio? WTF is up with that?

I'm not sure making AI into a shooting guard would work out so well. Plus, who is Denver sending back to even out the salaries? They wouldn't trade Carmelo or AI, and I doubt the Nets are going to take a collection of scrubs.

kidd is a pricey player to trade for. I think he's guaranteed something like 20 mil this year and next. teams during the trade deadline usually trade to make cap room. Im not sure if someones gonna wanna pick this kinda money up. Especially with his contract coming to a close soon.

so the latest rumor is a 3 team trade between portland, the mavs, and jersey.

The Mavs would send Harris and Bass to Portland and Stackhouse to Jersey just to get Kidd.
