In order to reach my 220lb goal. I've been running around 195lbs for almost 2 years. Will I still be able to support house scene!?

Prolonged usage at high doses will:

Well, I found in my own life... to get serious about my athletic pursuits... I have to give up staying out all night drinking... and drinking period. But you know what whole story.
