I really do want to hit the JD Distillery though if possible. It's really really cool... and only 10 minutes away. The whole town of Lynchburg is based on Jack Daniels and most people there are descendants of JD. It's funny... they have the JD barber shop, the JD country store, the JD restaurant. So funny. And the people are SOOO nice.

Oh well... to each his own. I've tried to tell people what a unique experience Bonnaroo is, but it's really hard to appreciate if you don't go.

Fantastic lineups with great scheduling so you don't miss anything
The cleanest bathrooms and showers possible for this massive a crowd
All night club-tents with DJs after the concerts
Comedy tents / 24 hour movie theater
Beer garden with brews from around the world
Interactive tents from computers to arts
30,000 people doing yoga in the mornings with Bhuddist chanting
FANTASTIC food all reasonably priced
A silent disco where everyone wears headphones

The list goes on... something everyone should experience once.

I'll be making the Trek with Julie from Minc and a few other friends. IF anyone want to caravan with us, just holler. But if you aren't 21 you should make the trip yourself... we will be stopping at various bars along the way in Nashville and Memphis... and we will be visiting the Jack Daniels Distillery as well... and we WILL NOT alter those plans for anyone who can't get into a 21+ venue.

Sounds fantastic.. So many festivals going on in the summer and spring time. BTW I have driven through TN and parts of it are beautiful. Atleast when you get into the mountains..
