That jail also has like one of the highest escapee numbers in the state( I think might be in the country as well) The guy who got dumped out of his wheel chair, was on the local news this morning. Apparently because of the poor behaviour on behalf of the guards, he and his attorney are saying he shouldn't be held accountable for the charge, which brought him to the jail. Then I was thinking, that's complete B.S....of course he should be held accountable, and the guards should be held acountable as well. Then, they say why he was charged..... Fleeing and Eluding. WTF? From a quadraplegic? hahah..
