We had yoga classes at my previous job and I used to go. Of course, my reasoning for going at first, was to see all of the women bend in various positions, but I did end up liking it. Plus, the yoga instructor was sexy as hell. At the end of the class, she would shut all of the lights off, put on some ambient music, tell everyone to close their eyes and she would walk by everyone and give them a quick shoulder rub with this minty stuff and that shit felt good. um...be real careful who you pay for lessons from, despite it's aura , you might say, yoga can be stressfull on your body / joints if you aren't doing it properly and in teh correct alignment , breathing right, yadda yadda, make sure they have some sort of certification, ive been horrified to see who they let teach at gyms and other places like that.
