what did you have for lunch?
i've just enjoyed a toasted turkey and pepperjack sandwich with horseradish on whole grain bun (with bell peppers, onions, roma tomatoes, romaine lettuce, cuccumbers and olives) a bowl of chicken vegetable soup, a granny smith apple, and a glass of V8!!!!!

i pretty much outdid myself on this one. Now i start day 1 of new remix project on healthy happy belly! now, off to the beats!!!

I had a garden salad from our deli downstairs, added fresh jalapeņos and a grilled chicken breast I brought from home. It was yummy.
